Who do you work with?
Service businesses, ecommerce brands and marketing teams that want their marketing measured against enquiries and sales. Our director’s background is in trades and home services, ecommerce and tourism, but the approach applies to any business that sells through enquiries or online orders.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
SJ Digital Enterprise Services Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong, with its registered office in Central. We work remotely with clients in any location, and our director has worked extensively with businesses in Australia.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is quoted on enquiry, based on the scope, the number of channels and the level of involvement you need. Tell us about your business and we will come back with a written proposal setting out the scope and fees.
How does an engagement start?
With a conversation about your business and goals, followed by a written proposal. Once the proposal is accepted, we agree access to the relevant accounts and begin. See our engagement options for the typical formats.
How do invoicing and payment work?
Invoices are issued by SJ Digital Enterprise Services Limited. Ongoing services are invoiced monthly in advance and project work as set out in the proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days by bank transfer, or by card where offered. The currency is agreed in the proposal. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Who pays for the advertising itself?
Unless agreed otherwise, clients pay the advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta, directly for media spend. Our fees cover our work, not the media budget, so you always see exactly what is spent on advertising.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Ongoing engagements can be ended by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Any fees paid in advance for work not yet started are refunded. The Terms of Service set out the details.
Do you guarantee results?
No honest consultancy can guarantee specific results, because they depend on factors outside anyone’s control, such as competition and platform changes. What we commit to is clear measurement, regular reporting and recommendations based on what the numbers show.
Do you work with existing agencies or in-house teams?
Yes. Some clients want us to run the work directly; others want senior oversight of an existing team or agency. Our advisory engagement covers both.
